Everything about Vela Smooth & Cellulite Part 3

What should a consumer do?

Avoid going for all the latest therapies. Read about the procedure and talk to people other than the health pros (of course all skin and plastic docs will say the treatment works cause they make money). For the consumer, talk to people who have had this treatment. If you cant find anyone who has undergone Vela Smooth, most likely because it is crap. Do not fall for fake pictures (before and after photos) and paid testimonials given out by doctors. Go online and find out yourself if the treatment works. And even then, only enroll for one session and decide for yourself.

What is cost of Vela Smooth?

Vela smooth is not a cheap undertaking. Depending on where you live and to whom you go, the price per session may vary. On average it costs about $200-$300 per session but many clinics offer discounts if one undergoes all 8-10 sessions. The entire series of Vela Smooth sessions can cost anywhere from $1500-$2000. There are no refunds with vela smooth.

Is this covered by insurance?

In general Medicare and medical insurance companies do not cover cosmetic procedures. Medical insurance companies generally do not cover treatments which have no scientific data to back up the claims.

Final word

Does anyone really believe that simply placing a vacuum on your thighs will get rid of the fat inside your body? If you do believe that, than vela smooth is for you. For those who are a little wiser, save your hard earned money for a bona fide cellulite treatment (none exists today). In the meantime walk everyday, eat healthy and do not smoke. This free advice is not only good for your health, but it will make keep you looking younger and cellulite free if you remain motivated.
